MFTBC, in operating RIZON Instagram and LinkedIn social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as “Official Accounts”) solely for the purpose of providing visitors to such Official Accounts (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Users”) information concerning the RIZON brand and for no commercial purpose, stipulates the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”). By clicking on the links to such Official Accounts, Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Applicable Scope of the Terms of Use)

These Terms of Use shall apply to all Users of the Official Accounts, regardless of whether procedures for registration for use are performed or not. In the event any conflict occurs between these Terms of Use and the terms of use or policy stipulated by MFTBC in an Official Account, the terms of use and policy of the said social media site shall prevail.

2. In the event that a User causes damages to any third party relating to the utilization of the Official Accounts, such User shall compensate and/or resolve the dispute with said third party at the expense and responsibility of the User himself/herself, and shall indemnify MFTBC for any damage or liability related to such acts of the User.

3. MFTBC is not responsible for any damages accruing to a User in relation to use of the Official Accounts, unless such damages are caused by an intentional act or gross negligence by MFTBC.

4. In the event that a User causes damages to MFTBC in violation of this article, MFTBC may claim damages from such User.

Article 3 (Violation of Terms of Use)

In the event that a User violates any of the clauses of the Terms of Use, MFTBC may take any and all measures it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, deleting any information and/or contents posted on the Official Accounts by the User, as well as any other measures deemed necessary by MFTBC at its sole discretion in light of the mode or severity of the violation.

Article 4 (Discharge concerning Contents and Responsibility concerning Service Provision)

    1. With regard to the information provided by Users on the Official Accounts, MFTBC does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, legal compliance, etc. of such information. Even if a User or other third party suffers any damage due to such information, MFTBC shall not be responsible for such damages.
    2. With regard to information provided by an outsourcing contractor and a party other than Users on the Official Accounts, MFTBC shall not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, legal compliance, etc. of such information. Even if a User or other third party suffers any damages due to such information, MFTBC is not responsible for such damages, unless such damages are caused by an intentional act or gross negligence by MFTBC.
    3. MFTBC is not responsible for any damages caused by the User utilizing the Official Accounts or caused by the inability of the User to utilize the Official Accounts.
    4. MFTBC is not responsible for the contents posted by Users (comments, photographs, videos, etc.) on the Official Accounts.
    5. MFTBC is not responsible for any controversy or dispute between Users, or any User and a third party, in relation to the Official Accounts and their use.
    6. The Official Accounts are hosted on systems operated by the respective account hosts, Meta Platform, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation. Such account hosts are not affiliated with MFTBC, and MFTBC is not in a position to reply to inquiries related to the respective system operations of these account hosts.

Article 5 (Handling of Intellectual Property Right)

    1. User shall assign MFTBC free of charge the copyright of all information and contents, etc. posted by User on the Official Accounts or transmitted to MFTBC by e-mail, etc. in connection with the User’s use of the Official Accounts, and User hereby waives and agrees that User shall not exercise any rights it may have to prevent MFTBC’s use of such copyright, including, but not limited to, any author moral rights.
    2. User shall not duplicate, distribute, publish or publicly transmit, etc. any information, contents, etc. obtained through the Official Accounts for a purpose other than private use within the limited scope of personal or domestic use. Furthermore, a User shall not utilize, without prior consent, information, contents, etc. of the Official Accounts exceeding the scope allowed by the Copyright Act.

Article 6 (Modification of the Terms of Use)

    1. MFTBC may sometimes modify the Terms of Use without obtaining consent from or directly notifying Users. In such case, the latest version of the Terms of Use shall apply concerning utilization of the Services.
    2. Unless otherwise stipulated by MFTBC, the Terms of Use after modification shall become effective at the time when the modification is posted on the Website.
