● Specialized EV dealer partnership simplifies fleet transition to zero-emission commercial trucks
● Range is the first nationwide multi-brand zero-emission commercial vehicle-exclusive dealership

FIFE, Wash., November 24, 2025 – Range Zero Emissions Vehicles, in an agreement with RIZON Truck USA, has become the first authorized sales and service partner in Washington State for Daimler Truck’s RIZON Class 4–5 battery-electric commercial trucks, strengthening the availability of zero-emission solutions for fleets in the Pacific Northwest. Range’s sales and service agreement with RIZON extends to the Upper Midwest through Range’s dealership near Minneapolis.
Range Zero Emissions, headquartered in Fife, Wash., is the first nationwide multi-brand sales, service, incentive, and education resource for commercial EVs. With expertise in charging infrastructure, vehicle lifecycle support, and incentive navigation, Range removes the complexity from fleet electrification and ensures RIZON trucks can be deployed efficiently.
“Range is solely focused on building the zero-emissions commercial trucking market through sales, education, incentive guidance, and power solutions,” said Alex Voets, General Manager, RIZON Truck USA. “The dealership’s business model is the missing link necessary to grow the industry. Range simplifies the sales process for OEMs and offers complete solutions for commercial consumers. It’s a natural fit for RIZON as more fleets convert to EVs.”
Range opened its first physical dealership location in Fife, Wash., near the Port of Tacoma, in August and has already experienced a surge in interest, sales, and commitments from fleet managers in multiple states, according to Johannes Ariens, Range’s CEO.
“The electrification of the commercial trucking industry is here today,” Ariens said. “The fact that Daimler, the world’s largest commercial truck manufacturer, is committed to the success of RIZON and has entrusted Range with the brand is a testament to the strong future of the industry.”
RIZON medium-duty trucks are engineered for the demands of urban and last-mile delivery, with a range of up to 160 miles on a single charge. The vehicles are highly versatile and can be upfitted for numerous applications, including as dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, and landscape dumps. A key feature is the electric power take-off (ePTO), which allows for the use of specialized equipment like hydraulic pumps and reefer belt drives.
All RIZON models are now available to order through Range, with initial deployment through its authorized service centers in the Pacific Northwest and the Upper Midwest. The partnership underscores RIZON Truck’s commitment to providing fleets with the tools, expertise, and support required to transition to zero-emission transportation.
RIZON is a dedicated all-electric commercial truck brand focused on delivering zero-emission transportation solutions. It was first introduced to the public during the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in May 2023 in Anaheim, California, and is now operating on roads across Canada and the United States.
RIZON trucks are capable of being charged by two types of battery charging systems: DC Fast Charging (via CCS1 connector) and less expensive Level 2 AC Charging (via J1772 connector).
This flexibility means customers can expect to charge their trucks today while being ready for DC Fast chargers in the future.
