● RIZON adds seven new Québec sales centers to support growing demand for zero‑emission commercial trucks.
● Québec’s Écocamionnage program provides up to $100,000 CAD in provincial funding for eligible zero‑emission freight vehicles; RIZON trucks qualify under the program.

Québec – April 17, 2026 — RIZON, the all‑electric commercial truck brand, is expanding its presence in Québec with seven new sales centers as part of an accelerated provincial growth strategy aligned with the reopening of Québec’s Écocamionnage incentive program. Under the program, RIZON customers may be eligible for up to $100,000 CAD in provincial incentives toward the adoption of zero‑emission freight vehicles.
The expansion includes seven sales centers located across the Greater Montréal region, Québec City, and Northeastern Québec, providing fleet operators with improved local access to RIZON’s all‑electric Class 4–5 commercial trucks, as well as sales, service, and deployment support.
RIZON trucks first debuted in North America in 2023 at the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, California, and are now operating on streets across Canada and the United States for a diverse range of commercial and municipal customers.
The Écocamionnage program, administered by Québec’s Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility), supports the electrification of road freight by providing funding for eligible zero‑emission trucks and efficiency technologies. The program is scheduled to run through March 31, 2028, with assistance levels determined by vehicle class and project type.
RIZON all‑electric Class 4–5 trucks are eligible for up to $100,000 CAD in Écocamionnage program incentives.
“Écocamionnage offers a major opportunity for Québec fleets to accelerate the shift to zero‑emission trucks,” said Alex Voets, General Manager, RIZON North America. “With seven new sales centers coming online, we’re making it easier for operators across the province to access RIZON trucks that are already proving themselves on Canadian roads, backed by local support for charging, incentives, and fleet deployment.”
RIZON trucks are distributed in Canada exclusively by RIZON Truck Canada, a leading zero-emission truck distributor. RIZON Truck Canada is based in Surrey, BC, and is a subsidiary of Velocity Vehicle Group, one of the largest full-service commercial truck dealerships in North America, and one of the most experienced electric truck dealers in the world.
RIZON is a dedicated all-electric commercial truck brand focused on delivering zero-emission transportation solutions. It was first introduced to the public during the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in May 2023 in Anaheim, California, and is now operating on roads across Canada and the United States.
RIZON trucks are capable of being charged by two types of battery charging systems: DC Fast Charging (via CCS1 connector) and less expensive Level 2 AC Charging (via J1772 connector).
The class 4-5 medium-duty battery-electric vehicles will range from 15,995 to 18,850 lbs. in gross vehicle weight (GVW) for Canadian customers, and can run up to 177 km (for M size variant with 2 battery packs) and up to 257 km (L size variant with 3 battery packs) on a single charge*.
*As of October 2023 under standard testing conditions with 50% payload. The range may vary based on environment, conditions, battery health/charge level, recuperation usage, road traffic/profile, and style of driving.
